Guess it's all a matter of perspective.  :-)
 
Walsh was displeased, but not at Reg Cardinal.  Correia, obvious to
everyone except the referee on the other side of the ice (Gravelese, an
excellent ref, who called 2 minute interference on Reg), and apparently
the BC radio folks, was behind the net, turned and stepped directly into
the path of Cardinal.  IMHO, there was interference on the play, but not
by Reg ...  the refs were, no doubt, "protecting the goalie".
 
Taylor was outstanding!
 
By the way, next year's Dexter Hockey Classic will feature Union College
and 2 World Junior teams along with host Maine, says Maine Coach Shawn
Walsh in the hot-off-the-press Friends of Maine Hockey Newsletter.
