Army did *not* move to DivIII. They became a DivI independent. That means
they are not in an league and schedule anyone they want to who will play
them. This year they play 9 games against DivI conference teams, plus two
games against Air Force, which is also a DivI independent. Further, Army
also plays another 9 games against NCAA DivI teams which play in DivII/III
leagues. That means according to the NCAA Army plays the required 20 games
against DivI teams to be eligible for the NCAA DivI Tournament.

By the way, Air Force plays 18 games against DivI conference teams, plus the
two games against Army. Therefore they also play the required 20 games and
are eligible for the NCAA DivI Tournament. Of the two Air Force does play
the tougher schedule, but they have always been independent, unlike Army.
