One reason the score was 10-2 and not more like 6-2,
was because BG never let up in the third (they scored
5 goals in the final period). The players have been
stressing that the coaches are making everyone earn
a spot, so they have to give 100+%, even when the game
is out of hand. Also, the team approached the third
period as if the game was close, to help them get ready
for the upcoming league games, which will probably come
down to the wire.
 
So, in essence, BG still cared in the thid, and OSU
obviously didn't.
