Can someone please advise/inform me of the rules governing Division III Hockey
Clubs that use illegal players in a game situation?  Our team recently played
another School Club Team in which alumni were playing on the opposing team.
Our Club and school feels this is a very serious infraction and would like to
report this scenario to the governing bodies.
What is the chain of command in which one reports these infractions?
