Just thought I would point out that while, yes Tardiff was not taking the
proper number of credits, the following is a bit misleading since he is
a graduate student.

I don't know how it is everywhere, but here and according to the original
post 8 credits is considered full time for a graduate student, In
some circumstances that requirement can be lowered (in our department
if you are TAing all you need is 6 credits).
