Good morning, and happy Clean Up Your Room Day,

This message is aimed squarely at our public libraries. If you are the appropriate person in your public library to read and respond, great, keep reading! If you are not either in a public library, or you are in a public library but not the person who manages its Zoom account, you are no less great, you're just great in a different way. You may continue on your way through your inbox, nothing to see here.

In the interest of the spirit of renewal, cleaning and all other seasonal associations, we at the Maine State Library are knocking on your digital doors to inquire if you have enjoyed your Zoom Pro account subscription provided by Networkmaine. To provide you with a little more excitement, we're going to turn this into a Choose Your Own Answer. Each answer is followed by the appropriate action to take in response. Exciting AND informative!

Choice the First:
"Yes, my library is enjoying its free Zoom Pro account subscription provided by Networkmaine! We use it often and would be absolutely bereft without it! Please continue our subscription through June 30, 2023!"
If this is your answer, you may simply smile and close this email. Good job! You made that look easy.

Choice the Second:
"No, my library has not been pleased with its free Zoom Pro account subscription provided by Networkmaine. It makes me sad to think about it. Please discontinue our subscription."
If this is your answer, please email me ([log in to unmask]) and let me know you would like your library's subscription to stop as of June 30th, 2022.

Choice the Third and / or Fourth
"I don't know what you are talking about, but I am intrigued and wish to learn more." OR "I am uncertain as to whether or not my library has a free Zoom Pro account subscription provided by Networkmaine."
If this is your answer, please email me ([log in to unmask]) and inquire further.

In short, if you would like to continue your library's Zoom subscription, we will do so automatically, no need to reply! If you would like to discontinue your library's Zoom subscription, you don't know if your library has a Zoom subscription, or your library definitely does not have a Zoom subscription and you would like to receive one, you should contact me as your next step.

Now, have a great day and don't forget to clean up your room!
