The New Vineyard Public Library will be going back to curb-side only! Due
to the large number of active cases and the low number of vaccinations in
Franklin County. We will revisit the situation in 2 weeks hopefully the
numbers will reflect a change! The library will still be doing standard
operations for books, movies, magazines and Inter Library Loans. Thank you,
