The Library of Congress’ National Book Festival<https://www.loc.gov/events/2021-national-book-festival/about-this-event/> opens today- on-line! The festival is a 10-day event with the theme, “Open a Book, Open the World.” Many great authors<https://www.loc.gov/events/2021-national-book-festival/authors/>  will be speaking. Pre-registration may be required for some events but everything is free; many talks are recorded and will be available.

Some of you may be hosting watch parties or have other programming connected with the book festival. If you are, please let us know! We can help promote your events on our Book Festival webpage.
