so, there's a new rule that says if a team scores on a power play, that
the penalty ends (even if there is time left on the penalty clock) with the
clock-stopping caused by a goal ??  *new to me*
 
this idea of first in, first out sounds logical to me.
 
what if a team scores on a power play with one man down?
(i.e. a player on team  B is penalized, and team B scores during those 2 mins.)
