Anyone know of any arenas/cities that have for sure bid on the extra regionals
for the next couple of years? I've heard Manchester, Albany, Hartford, as
rumored Eastern hosts, and the usual suspects out west (Madison, Denver, Omaha,
Grand Forks, Grand Rapids, etc.) - but does anyone know for sure if any of
these places have in fact bid?
