OK - Can someone explain this?  The current PWR shows NH as #2 and
St. Cloud as #3.  However, St. Cloud's Win% is Ranked #2 with an
81.82% compared to #4 ranking and a 75.0% for NH   AND St. Cloud's
RPI is ranked #2 vs NH being #3.  St. Cloud's RPI is better than NH's.

So, with St. Cloud's Win% and RPI being #2 (compared to #3 and #4 for
NH), how does NH's PWR end up higher than St. Cloud?
