Couple of notes:
 
If you're going to UDel to watch, hope they play on the front (NICE!)
rink.  It has the look of a D1 rink and seats around 2000+.  The back
rink is a hole in the wall.  You change in a room off the johns (one gets
male the other female).
 
UDel is easy to get to -- 1.5 hrs from DC and about 30 - 45 min south of
Philly.  I believe a tournament pass is cheap ($20-30 for all games).
 
Is the Western Michigan team their "JV"???
 
As to title IX.  There are about 5 articles at the NCAA page
(www.ncaa.org) this week on Title IX implications on schools due to the
growing (> 52%) female enrollment at colleges.  They also point out the
alternatives to "proportionality".  Good reads, though I doubt they'll
change anyone's opinion.
