I think there is one essential item that all of the posts seem to be
"overlooking". In order to win the NC$$ championship you have to beat every
team you face, so who really cares where they play?
 
They still have to win. The only thing to keep in mind is that both teams
play on the same rink!
I think that there should be less emphasis on where a team plays or why
that decision was made. They all want to win the whole thing, so they must
win every game and the players and coaches culd care less if the game was
played at an outdoor rink, just win!
