I cannot speak for all the guys at USCHO -- but I'm pretty sure their
philosophy is like mine ... Absolutely no way fees will be charged.
 
Money will be made through advertising (we hope), just like free over-the-air
television.
 
If anything --- if there was an easy system for implementing this --- I think
charging, say, 5 cents for listening to Around the Rinks would be painless ---
and make a couple hundred bucks (covering expenses).   But that would only
happen if the Bill Gates dream becomes a reality, of easy monetary transfers
over the net.  This is all very speculative, way down the line, and just
thinking out loud --- but the basic philosophy is the public will not be
charged -- no way.
