Actually, NCAA rules do not limit the number of games played in Alaska
that DivI (and II) teams from outside Alaska can exempt.

In 1994-95, CC made two separate trips to Alaska. They played at UAA
as part of their WCHA schedule and at UAF in a NC series. CC exempted
all four games and wound up playing 38 regular season games that year,
four over the limit.
