Well, it is not unusual for HE officials to occasionally work ECAC
games.  Drew Taylor is another who has done this in the past.  Either
way, Scott Leavitt is listed as one of the HE officials inside the
front cover of the 1994-95 HE Yearbook, so he has not "gotten the
boot" from HE.
