A few initial thoughts on the BU awards....
 
1.  Neil Goldberg brings up a good point that neither of the goalies were
picked as MVP when Parker endorsed them all season long.
 
2.  Joubert seems to me to be one of the most MATURE players on the team and
that's why I think he will be a great captain.  He's also been on a not-so-
good team, Princeton, so he has the extra desire not to lose next year.  But
the maturity factor is very underrated and especially in pro sports, you see
the teams with strong leaders having more success than those without (i.e.
last year's NY Mets).
 
3.  Shane Johnson had to be the quietest player on the team.  He was hardly
heard from off the ice.
 
4.  Glad to hear Brennan's staying.  The defense should again be the strength
with the goaltending. Now about finding a true sniper.....
