Women's World Championship: exhibition games.

Tue Apr 5th    Team Canada Women 3 - Team Finland 6
 
Thu Apr 7th    Team Canada Women 3 - Team USA     2
 
Both matches were played in the Ottawa area, as the teams have this
week to get ready for next week's WWC '94 in Lake Placid.
 
The Team Finland result would seem to confirm the word that they have
improved a lot.  Nieminen had three goals for Finland.  It makes next
Thursday's match with Team USA look that much bigger!
 
15 year old Hayley Wickenheiser had a goal in each game for Team
Canada.
