You asked for it...from the NCAA Collegiate Championships book
(the only worhtwhile publication coming out of Overland Park,
until the day they publish a hockey record book):

Largest margin of victory in a Frozen Four final game:

10 - 1961, Denver 12-2 St. Lawrence
9 - 1950, CC 13-4 Boston U
8- 1994, LSSU 9-1 BU
7 - 1957, CC-13-6 Michigan
6- three times, most recently 1965, Mich Tech 8-2 BC
5- twice, most recently 1975, MTU 6-1 Minnesota
4- 7 times, most recently 1990 UW 7-3 Colgate
3- 6 times, most recently 1982, NoDak 5-2 Wisc.
2- 11 times, most recently 1992 LSSU 5-3 Wisconsin
 (now "vacated?")
1- 14 times, most recently 1993 Maine 5-4 LSSU

Of the 14 one-goal games, seven have gone into OT.

And it's true...despite Michigan, CC, Denver and Tech's
dominance in the 40's and 50's, no team has made four
straight finals appearances.

(Hats off to the Lakers...sure, I'm hurting, but any place with
Killian's on tap for $1 AND Tim Horton's just across the bridge
gets a big thumbs-up from me.)
