Now I'm really suprised that Carville was reassigned rather than fired.
Supposedly, Hutchinson gave him a break since he was long-time friend
and close to retirement.  Carville's recent actions don't indicate any
friendship with Hutchinson.  Sounds to me that neither Carville nor
Ploszek did their job.
