The Bradley Center, one of the best hockey buildings in the world, will be
the site of the 1993 Bank One Badger Hockey Showdown on Dec. 28-29, the
1994 Western Collegiate Hockey Association playoff championship March 17-19
and the 1997 NCAA hockey Final Four. The '97 tourney will mark the 50th
anniversary of the Division I championship and will take place March 27-29.
The '93 Final Four, hosted by the Bradley Center and the University of
Wisconsin, set records for attendance and advance sales. The 3-game tourney
was a sell-out several months in advance (it took about 3-4 days to sell
out I think) and drew about 53,000 fans.
The Dane County Coliseum, home of the Badgers, will be the site of the 1995
NCAA hockey tournament West Regional on March 24 and 25.
This is really cool. I hope like hell I can snag tickets to the '97 Final
Four, the '93 version was great even though the Badgers weren't in it.

ps. The Badger Showdown this year is already close to being a sellout. Only
upper level seats are left and apparently they'll go fast. Looks like another
big party right before the new year!
