There are actually three notes attached to Rule 6, section 25b, which
Mike quoted:

Note 1 - The band(s) will not be allowed to play while the game is in
progress. After a warning, a bench minor penalty shall be assessed
against the offending band's team.

Note 2 - Spectators are not permitted to use artificial noise makers,
air horns or electronic amplifiers during the course of a game. After
a warning, a bench minor penalty may be assessed against the offending
fans' team for delay of game.

Note 3 - If the fans continue to throw objects on the ice after being
warned, a bench minor penalty may be assessed against the offending
fans' team for delay of game.

Anybody want to hazard a guess as to what a NON-artificial noise maker
might be?

Arthur
