I've heard from multiple independent sources that the cutoff date is June 1.  Why they didn't make it more prominent I have no idea.  It appears that the NCAA has just turned the process over to Veritix, who made little or no attempt to customize the initial screen for the FF.  The first screen asks you whether you want to "Select Price Range" or "Get Best Available Seats".
