Probably everyone knows this from web-sites anyway, but FWIW:

Michigan State and U. of Michigan skated to a 3-3 tie at an outdoor game
attended by over 75,000.  This is the largest crowd ever to attend a
hockey game as far as I know.  I caught a few minutes of the game on a
Fox sports channel on sattelite feed just by accident.  I remember
thinking (something looks strange here) and then they showed it was
being played under the lights at a football stadium with the ice laid
out in the middle of the field.  The sheet looked small but I don't know
if it was.  Sure was different, though.
