You mean they weren't being thrilled by the "gathering of the lists?"
That's always the most exciting part of the shootout, IMHO. :-)

I would think there would still be some pressure. The fact that Merrimack
was the visitor, and shot first, took it off on the 6th shooter.

But they didn't even get to bring any hardware home. The hardware is
sitting in Ottawa U.'s Athletic Department, I think. :-) :-)

This is true. I wish they had kept going. No one had the ice after the
tournament, so why not?
 
If they were going to have a shootout, though, they shouldn't have let the
shooters repeat. Seeing the same 5 guys shooting is so dull. I was hoping it
would go so far that it would come down to a battle of freshman seldom-used
defencemen. :-)
