For pete's sake - they should let them do the game for $0. This is the catch 22
that the NHL got themselves into. You can't get big bucks without interest and
you can't get interest unless you agree to little bucks. What was offered the
NHL was always very little comparied to Football and Baseball so they never
pursued it.  Take the exposure and when interest in your sport I.E. college
hockey increases you win in the long run. Let's let other people see what an
exciting sport college hockey really is while being able to watch more games
ourselves!
