Colgate has named Christopher Wells assistant coach.
 
Also, I've heard that former Michigan netminders Steve Shields
and Chris Gordon have just signed professional contracts.  I don't
have any details but Shields presumably signed a seven digit
deal with the Buffalo Sabres and Gordon signed with a minor pro
team.
 
Lastly, I just returned from Toronto where I was fortunate enough
to have time to visit the Hall of Fame.  [And to see Hockey-Lers
Lonnie Grantham from Michigan and Robin Lock from SLU.]
The Hall wasn't overly impressive, but it is worth seeing.  They've
even devoted one tiny window to college hockey with a John Cullen
BU jersey, a Bowling Green jersey and a few other scraps.  And
Hockey-Ler Andria Hunter is pictured in a sizeable tribute to
Women's Team Canada.
