USA Hockey has named Mike Eaves head coach, Moe Mantha
and Mark Kumpel assistant coaches.  In addition to the BU players
already mentioned, Michigan's Mike Knuble will be playing for USA.

I'm not sure if it's of interest to anyone, but Mark Kumpel is a Lowell
alum who remains (I beleive) the only Lowell player to play in the
Olympics.
