Ha ha—that is precisely the copy I was looking for. Good luck with the Redbox version!

Subject: Re: [MELIBS-L] DVD PAL
I have had the worst trouble finding Nomadland on DVD--only blu ray available for sale online and many of the Amazon reviews say the PAL version didn't work for them.
BUT! I just bought a Redbox DVD of Nomadland last night, so fingers crossed that works. $4 and change. Maybe an option?
Best,
Sue

Am looking for some info on these. It sounds like only certain players can play them-- maybe. I am looking at an item to ILL for a patron who only has a DVD player and the only DVD copy in WorldShare is listed as DVD PAL https://www.worldcat.org/title/nomadland/oclc/1263578953?referer=br&ht=edition .
Please respond off-list. Thanks for any advice.
