I know that this topic has been broached already so I hope you don’t mind sharing the info again. To make this a little easier; I’ve scribbled up a Google Form, to ease into the data and be able to access this layer should you need it later. Should you like to share your meeting room policy with me, I'd greatly appreciate it. I can also post them to a shared Google folder so we can all see what other people are doing. I've included ours in the shared folder.
We're looking to increase our meeting room revenue and a local caterer, who we all know and use, has offered $300-$500 per event to use the meeting room. The Library can be completely locked away from the rest of the meeting room space as can the elevator. That being said, my policy will need to be changed, and having this information will be very helpful.
