Need guidance with jumpstarting or making progress on your libraryís diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives? Want to cultivate a more inclusive and accessible library space, but donít know how?

Register for the upcoming in-person workshop, Diversity & Inclusion in Libraries: A Call to Action and Strategies for Success, hosted by the North Atlantic Health Sciences Libraries (NAHSL) Education Committee! The workshop runs from noon-4PM EST on Sunday, November 6th, 2022 during the NAHSL 2022 Annual Conference at the Westin Portland Harborview in Portland, ME.

This active, hands-on workshop will be presented by Medical Library Associationís current and past presidents, Shannon Jones and Beverly Murphy, who will guide participants through defining DEI and applying best practice strategies for building and sustaining a diverse workforce.

A boxed lunch and refreshments will be provided during the session.


Cost: $100 for NAHSL members, $200 for non-members
