Madison Public Library in Wisconsin has a nice app finder<https://www.madisonpubliclibrary.org/kids/apps/appfinder?field_age_group_revised_target_id=311> on their website.
And even though it's a couple years old, this article from ilovelibraries also offers a few possibilities: Kids Staying Home? Librarians Recommend These Apps and Games<https://ilovelibraries.org/article/kids-staying-home-librarians-recommend-these-apps-and-games/>.
Good luck!

Subject: [MELIBS-L] iPad apps
I am in the process of setting up 2 iPads in our Children's Room after not
having them available since before the pandemic. I am finding that many of
the apps that I had on the old ones no longer work on the new ones. Sigh!
Wondering if you have App recommendations that kids enjoy that I can
install? Ages 10 and under.
Thanks for your help.
