Spencer Stephens of Belfast is the author of the newly published 
thriller, “Blood Lily. <https://spencerstephens.net/>” He is available 
for in-person or virtual author talks and book signings. He is doing an 
author talk at the Carrabassett Valley Public Library on September 23 at 
4:30 p.m.and is interested in doing other talks.

Spencer is a former journalist and attorney who is an expert on
