Scope: migrate UPS cords to new Generator fed outlets

Summary: 
	Will be moving the power cords from street power to generator power.  The UPS should hold all equipment up during the move.  So, no outages expected.  Sites involved include:
- LAC
- Andro-Sag Coop Ext.
- Oxford Coop Ext.
- MPBC (Lewiston)
