Scope: Switches

Summary: 
	We will be replacing a couple of switches in Shibles Hall.  This will interrupt connections to only desktop machines and will not affect services to any of IT's servers.

At UMFK and UMPI we will be upgrading the operating systems on the switches which will require a reboot, downtime should be minimal.
