A contractor is installing a new power meter in Estabrooke Hall - power is
out to the building and will likely remain so for at least another half
hour.  All buildings that connect back to Estabrooke are down - this
includes pretty much all of the building south of the arc formed by
Hitchner, Folger Library, and the President's House.
