Good morning, all,
In a world where you have to go south in order to get cooler weather, at least we can be reassured of one thing remaining the same: the offer of subsidized Zoom accounts for public libraries.
If your public library has not yet received its subsidized Zoom Pro account through Networkmaine but would be interested in receiving one, raise your hand. Then put it back down onto your keyboard and email me to indicate your desire to participate in this offer.
Even if you're not familiar with how Zoom works, we have resources to support you to get on your videoconference-hosting feet. Don't be shy! (But if you are, you can turn your camera off.)
If you are a public library already benefitting from this program, sadly, you may not receive another in this fashion, but we hope your first year of videoconferencing was amazing, and hope you'll continue to stick with it for another year.
Should you have questions, thoughts, concerns, anxieties, ponderous ruminations, etc. related to this email, please reply and we will work through this... together.
