Dear all,
 
        For those of us who have been complaining about lack of press
coverage of college hockey, there was, last night, a breif glimmer of hope.
        At night CNN has a 1/2 hour sports summary of the day's action. One
of their features is a P.O.D. (Play of the Day). Last night's play of the
day was is COLLEGE HOCKEY!!! (Hey, at least SOME ONE is watching college
hockey over at CNN).
        In case, you are wondering the play that was featured occured at
the BC-NU came when an eagle broke into Northeastern territory and while
facing the goal, passed behind his back to another Eagle who scored. They
did mention names of both the passer and the scorer, but I didn't remember
them.
        While that is good news, CNN did not even mention the final score
of the game, but hey a little coverage is better than none
