In Sunday Feb 6, New York Times, on page 10 of the Olympic preview
section is a 3/4 pg profile peace on Tim Taylor the Olympic/Yale Head
Coach. To Breifly summarize, the article talks about hiw work at Yale,
coaching the Olympic Team and how he had to choose between the family
business (The Boston Globe) and hockey. Anybody who can get ahold of the
article I recomend it.
Tonight Feb 7, CNN's Play of the Day was a BC goal in the Beanpot.
They did announce the name of the BC player who scored but he put the puck
through a defenders legs did a Dennis Savard spin type move and beat the
goalie five hole. They also had a nice thing to say about college hockey
which was college hockey was great entertainment/hockey without the NHL
violence.
