Last night I was watching a tape delay broadcast of a Canada-U.S.
game and I started to wonder what the exact difference is between hooking
and tripping? I realize that hooking genrally occurs when stick is wraped
around a players upperbody and tripping when a player sticks his stick
between another players legs. But what is the exact rulebook definition of
each.
