If they were anything like they were on Friday, that game must have
really sucked. ( The same trio disallowed 2 goals and didn't call a
penalty in the 3rd until 18:xx).
 
Question: Who has to lose sight of the puck for the ref to blow
the whistle under the two ref system ?  Is it either or just the
ref whose end the puck is in ?
