In Madison, Wisconsin, there are two radio stations (1070-AM WTSO and
1310-AM WIBA)that cover the hockey games, both home and road.  Neither are
officially affiliated with the University of Wisconsin; they just pay the
Athletic Department for the rights to broadcast the games.  A few years
ago, when I started school there, the football and basketball games
were also covered by the two radio stations, but the Athletic Department
found they could get more money by offering an exclusive contract to one
of the stations.
