Since I haven't seen this posted, here goes: I hope everybody
has noticed that Tim McConaghy is refereeing NHL games.  Much to my
surprise, *there he was* on Sunday night doing the Capitals-Rangers game.
I couldn't believe it.  I was not surprised that he missed a flagrant
tripping call that sent Dale Hunter back to the dressing room with a sprained
knee.  Remember the NC$$ finals in '92??
