Actually, I like this idea...I think it's as fair a way as one can get of
determining a team's real strength in a conference without them playing a
full schedule.  Coaches are obviously going to pick the team that they think
they'll have a better chance against.  This system seems to be a better one
than the one the WCHA has (UAA gets the 10th spot automatically).
