Yes, and in fact it's a good idea to take that letter with you to Milwaukee.  I never received my
tickets last year -- never did find out what happened to them -- but getting replacement tickets
was a simple matter at the OSU ticket office.  I'm sure it helped that I had the "congratulations"
letter with me.
