With the last moving part stopped, North Dakota winning, it looks like Maine has 
jumped from 14 to 12, before and after any bonus adjustments.  That pretty much 
took care of the intraconference swapping on its own in that area.  In playing with 
bonuses it seems a little harder for Colorado College to overtake Michigan so that 
might get left alone.

Swapping Holy Cross and Bemidji might make some sense, given that Bemidji is 
about 2-3 hours from Grand Forks.   Starting to mess with travel past that does 
make things a little more messy.  For instance, moving Cornell and Miami means 
also probably swapping Michigan and Colorado College which adds some travel 
to Michigan instead.
