When you look at the PWR (and the details of some of the comparisons) it does not appear that Denver has a way of winning more comparisons to get out of 15th place.  Based on where the CHA and Atlantic conference winners are or will be means #15 and #16 get bumped out.  Dartmouth at #16 could present a risk to #14, currently Colorado College, if they went on to win ECACHL championship.  Some further analysis might tell whether is any mathematical chance or not.
