I misread Charlie's post and had North Dakota and New Hampshire
swapped.  Getting them right makes the brackets look better.  With that,
my brackets were pretty much the same as USCHO's end bracket, but
without go through the initial gyrations about best geography.  Of course,
it could always be part of the mix but it certainly complicates the analysis.
