It's been speculated on the USCHO message board that Harvard will be
paired with Dartmouth (as it was apparently done years ago) and Brown will
be paired with Quinnipiac.  Yale will remain with Princeton, even though
Yale and Quinnipiac are really, really close together, because nobody else
really works well with Princeton.

Then again, what do I know?
