The seeding last year is suspicious.  It looks very much like an overall
ranking instead (one or two key flip-flops).  There's no official word
on a change there that I'm aware of, but it's worth watching.

Which is fair enough, because SC wins the comparison with ND.

Boy, St. Cloud would love that!  But then, so would North Dakota!  And
ITSET, one of the two would wind up there (and playing Michigan in the
first round).
